Just an FYI, we have been moving and scrambling with contractors and paperwork and etc.   We have guys coming in to bid on the roof, on the garage, on the fence, on a small deck in the back.  I still need to contact the county about the parking strip in the front and see if they want the opportunity to put in a drainage pipe before we put 12 tons of gravel on the front parking strip.    Our old...

Okay so this is not a style thing, but Broan makes these super-quiet bathroom fans that also detect humidity and turn themselves on and off as necessary.  We have one in our current house and will for-sure be buying 2 for the new house.  I can’t recommend this series of fans enough, they are A+++
